After 2 months of working, worrying and sweating it is finally over with and we have some great footage in the can and some amazing memories for the rest of our lives. I could write for 20 pages about all of the great pool I was able to see and the awesome people I was able to meet. Since I am too tired (lazy) to do that I will let the pics do the talking.

In the lounge area of the TARPIT before the Action Challenge 3 started Alex and a few players were watching the DVD of his set with Shane at the Derby. Players are Ronnie Wiseman, Tony Drago, Mike "The Pain" Dechaine, Imrad Majid, Raj Hundal.

After Day 1 Alex told Shane he was done playing pool with him and fooling around it was time to get serious. So he challenged him to arm wrestle.

I was very fortunate to meet Eric Crisp of Sugartree Cues and Wes Hunter of Hunter Classic Cues in the TARPIT. I had the pleasure of interviewing both craftsmen. That interview will be posted soon. Eric Crisp donated his personal playing cue to TAR to help us out. We can not thank him enough for this very generous act. Look for that cue in its own thread soon. This picture is of Mr. Hunters personal playing cue, a full splice purple heart titlist blank from Prather that he worked his magic on.

Fatboy's gear. An awesome Jack Justis case and cue by some dude named Gus. I was able to hit some balls with the Szamboti and it is unreal. This cue has the nicest shaftwood I have ever seen. Outstanding in every way.

I want to thank Mark Griffin and David Vandenbergh of the BCA Pool Leagues for making the TARPIT possible and for all of their support. Jon and Royce at OB Cues stepped to support us as well and we are very greatful to them for all of their help and friendship. Greg Sullivan of Diamond Tables has been on board with us since we started and we appreciate all he and the whole Diamond crew does.

Our commentators for most of the matches were Fred "Cornerman" Agnir and Ken Schuman. I cant say enough about these two guys, they are quite simply the nuts. thank you very much for all your hard work guys. You are life savers.

We want to thank all the players and fans who came into the TARPIT to play, hang out, buy merchandise or just shoot the bull. It was great to meet everyone of you and just goes to show that re some great people in this game. We also want to thank all of the virtual TARPIT visitors who joined us online in the free and PPV matches. We know there were some speed bumps but you stuck with us and we appreciate it.

Brian Fisher has been a huge supporter of TAR for a long time and he went above and beyond in Vegas again. He walked up to Chad and handed him a beautiful Birdseye and Cocobolo cue and said to use it to get down the road. Then he brought us 2 jump cues. Awesome. Look for these great cues in their own thread very soon. Thanks to the Fisher brothers from everyone at TAR. You guys are the stone nuts.

4 guys who deseve special recognition are the players in our events. Scott Frost, Darren Appleton, Shane van Boening, and Alex Pagulayan. Without these guys we would never exist in the first place. All of them were great to work with and very understanding when things did not go as planned or there was a hiccup in the schedule. Thank you very much guys from all of us at TAR.

I publicly want to thank the MVP of trip in my eyes. Imagine working for 2 months to get matches set up, burning DVD's for days on end, driving across the country to set up for those matches and then not being able to watch them. Chad "Big Nasty" Pollman did just that. The way the TARPIT was set up we needed someone on the door to collect the cover and sell merchandise the person who did this had to be outside the playing arena without being able to see the match. Chad never *****ed or complained once he just did it and did it well because it had to be done. I don't know too many people that would have handled it as well.

I know I have forgoten some people and for that I apologize and take full responsibility.

I can't wait till next year.

One of the funnier moments of the trip was when Alex came in wearing that shirt and about 5 minutes later Ronnie Wiseman came in wearing the same shirt. It looked like they had just come from a father/son picnic or something.

Ronnie changed shirts. :D

I can just envision that. LOL! That is funny, especially the way Ronnie is about his dress. Ronnie is meticulous in everything he wears, whether it is jeans, sweat pants, or a suit. Everything matches to a tee, with creases in his blue jeans even.

Ronnie and Alex are good friends too, which must have really added to the humor in it! :p

I loved the DCC. You and I would def get the party going. Unlike you, I'll provoke the railtards to the point of them exploding.

yeah, I try ignoring them but I get pm's all the time telling me about cheap shots in basically every thread I post in. Oh well, shows their maturity level when I have intentionally stayed away from them and they keep sniping at me for no apparent reason.

Great pictures, but more importantly, great JOB in Vegas. I was there for a couple of days (even made it into the picture in the lounge, standing in the doorway) and was very impressed by the job you guys do! I had never watched a streaming TAR event but when I got home I watched the end of the Alex/SVB match and was super impressed by the feed, the commentary, the whole package. As I posted here, the sign-up was a breeze, payment was easy and I was watchin' the feed 2 mins. after I started the process. Pretty amazing you can do on a shoestring budget what Predator et al can't get done with all their cash, provide a solid feed.

I bought a couple of your TAR shirts while I was there too, so now I can even make a fashion statement on your behalf....:) The cubc/OMGWTF match was a nice bonus from you guys as well!

Thanks for doin' such a jam-up job, I'll continue to support you guys in all ways I can, and I suggest others who haven't climbed on the bandwagon yet to grab a seat....

I never get tired of saying this, THANK YOU TAR. Chad and Justin, you guys are doing something very special and unique. Its hard to see where the limit of this venture might be, which makes it even more exciting. I promise i'll get you guys here in Columbus, its already in the works if you can do it. Once again, thanks for everything and keep up the amazing work (which I know never ends with the orders i'm sure you're working on now), lol.
