Those are some great photo's. They really make here look younger than she does on TV. She's a beautiful woman.
 
That site has a very professional look to it. I would say one of the top 3 sites out there for any Pro player. Pictures of Ewa are very flattering! Nice job to the web designer.
 
She's not only ice meltin good lookin, she's a nice lady! I got to sit next to her at one of the BC Opens and talk to her for a bit.
 
I have a 1987 match of her against Jean Balukas. IMO she looks as good or even better than she did then. Johnnyt

Yes, she is good looking. Yes, she plays great pool. But don't you find it troubling that women pool players feel the need to be sex symbols as well? I mean, can you imagine Efren or Earl posing for glamour shots and then posting them on a web site? Even the younger guys wouldn't do it. But, for some reason, the women seem to.

There was a time I would have been willing to play on TV wearing my Levi's cutoffs. OK, forty years ago. But I did have nice gams.

Ewa Svenson Laurance is one of the best gifts that Sweden ever graced our shores with. How we were so fortunate that she chose to be a pool player is beyond me. She could have been a model or an actress and been just as successful.

Ewa personifies CLASS with a capital C. The young women on the WPBA Tour have a great role model to follow. They should also feel fortunate that she chooses to continue to compete on tour. And she still plays good too, very competitive with the best players. For many years Ewa had the high run in women's Straight Pool competition, a 63 I believe. Most people would think that record belonged to Jean Balukas, but they would be wrong.

The fact that she is still stunning is no surprise to me. Some things just get better with age, and Ewa is one of them. Whoever called her a sex symbol is right. She could be a sex symbol wearing jeans and a flannel shirt, she is that beautiful. :)

I am glad to have been her friend for all these years. Quite a remarkable lady!
