Got awful quiet on here the last couple of hours. Maybe "Chris" had to take a break. Maybe the part about him playing Shane wasn't what he wanted to hear.
I did go to the trouble to call Shane and discuss this thread with him. He is ready, willing and able to play Corey again at the same game anywhere and anytime. The bet is no problem either.
"Chris" can pass this info along to Corey's backers.

Guys, going into this match (10 ball) Corey was a big favorite, based on experience, tournament play, and all the champions that he has beaten.The game was understood by all ,10 ball is the game this match was handicapped off of, not 9 ball. In addition to that it was played in South Dakota,Shanes backyard. What Jay and Fatboy are proposing is certainly not out of line. If you guys from Ohio believe in Cory go to LasVegas and play 10 ball even with Shane and bet whatever your happy with period.It's a perfect place to play a big money match,every things even except the players,so maybe you do have the best player,if so get it on. Plus when the match is over we can all watch Blue Man Group.

I can't speak for Chris or the rest of Corey's "clown" crew as it seems they are by their shenanigans on here, but I said the game would have to be rack your own nine ball and that I would not travel that far for it. A lot of stipulations I know, but I can afford to be choosy because I could care less if it goes down or not.

T man, I think we can close this thread. If they play again, it will have to be Ten Ball. Shane has NO interest in any 9-Ball games. He prefers the full rack, and I respect his decision.
Wouldn't a full rack be rotation, not 10 ball? 
How about Shane vs. Alex Pagulayan? 10 ball for 100K any takers

I am probably the best bourbon and diet drinker in the world, but I won't try and drink more beer than anyone, therefore I am not the best drinker in the world. To go along these same lines, I think the guys at The Action Report should change from 10 ball or just call it the Shane challenge and it will die out before long.

This would be right up their alley. Maybe Shane can put together a sydicate to elevate the bet now. But in any case, as far as I'm concerned this event is their idea, their intellectual property, and I would hope Shane has an alliance with them for the great job they did putting this together.

Agreed. If SVB is only going to play 10-ball, this will get boring really fast. And, I'd have to label him a one-trick pony if that's all he wants to play.
I would really like to see Shane and Corey play again at rack your own 9 ball. If Shane wins at that then he can truly say that he is a better player than Corey.

I didnt mention how much I bet or who I bet it with pubically, I dont put my business in the street. I'm not a big shot, I pick my spots and thats it.
I dont go to windows to make my bets, I dont have to prove anything to anyone pubically or privatly, its a bet not proving a point. Infact if I made a bet and who I bet it with went public with it and the amount-I wouldnt give that person anymore action(depending on the circumstances) if he said who he is thats cool but never the amount, my action is private. Just like I respect who I bet with, find a thread where 1. I say who I bet with 2. How much I bet 3. Anything negitative about Cory, Look long and hard they arent any. I ahve been around ALONG time and know better that that. I booked one winner on this match(not on here, over the phone) so what? its over. They both played great, actionReport was Great, Announcers were great. Infact I didnt say a bad word about anything-please find a thread where I did. I just happened to be on the right side, dosent make me any better or smarter than anyone else.
Cory is a stand-up guy to go to shanes house and make that game happen and I applaude that,
I'm not a wise-ass, I do make light hearted comments about my bankroll(hell i'm proud of what I achieved-but I never put it in anyones face) and thats alot more than most people with 10% of what I have would do, its caled class, I put my pants on like anyone else and am not any better than anyone here, hell I play worse than most here. I try and motivate people into being positive and happy and with that wonderful things can happen,
So there is no "window" for me to step up to I pick my spots with people I know, like, and trust. Sorry If this wasnt what you wanted out of me but its all your gonna get. I bet on who I like to win the game not who I like personally, I havent ever met either of them, its likeely I'd like them both and get along with them the same. I make it a point to get along with everyone-its a better life making friends not enimys or being a tough guy on a bet. There is no emotion, hell i'd against my mom if she was the dog, God rest her sole. Betting on someone dosent make them my friend its just a bet-nothing more nothing less. Emotional bettors are fish in my book.
