There is no mechanic on this forum that looks this good or works this fast!

How old is she? most young girls wouldn't have a clue how to do all that work or would want to.

she moved it in from the garage

That's the table at our house.....she moved it in from the garage while I was in London from the Mosconi Cup......I couldn't believe when I got home she had put it up and it played very well. That's the table we did the TOI Video on and also the table Earl Stickland won the Million Dollars by running 11 racks in a row.

Just a different view on the room. First part of the video you can see the mantle on the right side of the picture. It's all good :D

But, plaster is not the best to use on the seams, if vacuuming the cloth to clean it, the suction can pick up little pieces of the plaster and move it around under the cloth leaving speed bumps everywhere;)

It came out just fine, I created the TOI VIDEO's on that same table a few weeks later. Mary Avina is the "real deal," I'd put her up against anyone playing, installing and of course "Trick Shots" www.maryavina.com

By the way, this is the table Earl Stickland won the Million Dollar Challenge on so it's had more money won in one match than any table in the history of the game.

I caught that one too when I watched the video. Many years ago, I had an old Brunswick recovered. The mechanic used a pinkish plaster on the slate seams. After playing for a while, small pieces of the plaster under the cloth were noticed. Really bothered me for a while. I sold the table when I moved from Kentucky to Arizona (I was with IBM - I've Been Moved). Have always had wax or Bondo used since then.

CJ, the history of a pool table has never had anything to do with how it gets set up buddy, as that has nothing to do with the end results. Not knocking Mary's abilites, as she has some that's clear, but there's a lot more to being an installer than setting up a few pool tables. Even how a person staples the rails and bed cloth says a lot about what that person really knows...and there was no pictures of that posted:eek: nor how she leveled the slates:eek::D
