Kinda of funny how all of you who have replied to TR's post are exactly what he is talking about. Who cares if he didn't hit enter. This is not an english class.
I see he put up his phone number, and real name. Why don't you guys give him a call, maybe play him a set or two. Show some real skills, instead of sitting behind the keyboard.
Answer me this, what have any of you done to help the game of pool.
Why don't you chill out a bit? Maybe the people who replied was trying to get him to understand that if you want others to read your posts you have to make an effort to make it legible.
To answer your question I have done a lot locally to help the game of pool. I help out my local pool hall be doing tip repair work for all of their house cues...FOR FREE.
I help teach others what I know and never withhold knowledge. I have given away more than a few cues to people who couldn't afford them. I recently gave away one of my pool books here on az so someone else could enjoy it, and I payed to ship it to them!
I created and am operating my local pool leagues website, free of charge. I help teach kids at our local YMCA how to play pool. I have a pool blog (not sure how much help that is to the pool world but oh well).
I have ran several local tournaments and I don't ask for anything in return. And I have always done what ever I could for anyone who wanted to learn more about this game.
Now let me ask you a question, what does it matter? Does the amount of things that I have done for the pool world make my opinion any more or less relevant? NO, so get off your high horse. I wasn't bashing the guy, I was trying to be constructive. It makes it hard to sift through everything he wrote when it is like that. Most people just give up. I worked my way through it and tried to offer him my honest opinion.
Or if you prefer.................
