this is a great piece of history

man, it's a converted 3-cushion. They should knock 370,000 off the price. But you do get the light and racks for free

Well the page says it has never been played on since the restoration so I guess this is a really really expensive conversational piece. Extremely unique table with a true historical past with intricate carvings, but what good is a pool table to a pool player if they can't play on it? I get the cue collecting but I wonder how many table collectors are out there. Either way nice find on the bay and I'm going to be following it pretty closely.

I have followed that seller for a long time. He is a pool historian and I believe wrote a book on values of pool items. He lists some pretty amazing things sometimes.

I was going to place a buy-it-now bid on the table but am looking for a pair of tables, one billiard and one with pockets, so I guess this is just not good enough. I will keep looking on eBay and Craigslist.

Mr Bond, I like your style........

im kinda pissed they didn't put a "make an offer" link up. I was totally gonna go in with my tax return. $375k? nah.......$300k maybe! :)

Three hundred and seventy-five dollars? That seens like a reasonable price for that table. Hells bells, and old Gold Crown II costs at least...what? The price is three hundred and seventy-five thousand dollars? Holy crap!
My bad. Carry on. :)

Damn, it's only 4 1/2 x 9. I'm holding out until a ten footer comes along.

What a move! He writes a book on pool table values and then sells his for 3 gazillion dollars.
