Those Two Undercover Monster players are real. I have photographic evidence!

What kind of Pete ya running Buddy? Long or short nose? What engine you got in there, transmission.
Flat deck, dry van etc?

I started learning to drive when I was 15. Driving across Hells Half Acres by the time I was 18. Had my own Freight Shaker and Grain Trailer for a while.
Ran mostly fertilizer down to the northern farming States, Iowa, Wisconsin, Nebraska etc, and brought back Soy Meal for cattle feed on the return trip.

Funny, Nebraska and the Friendly inhabitants was my most enjoyable run. Even the County Mounties would give you a wave when they drove past. Nebraska always reminded me of my own home Province.

I would be interested in hearing some of your stories. Every Trucker has a few.

I would "bet" the OP is just having a little fun.

On another note, when I was in college in the mid 70's going to a huge university (over 35.000 students even at that time), the "billiard club" by no means had the best pool players on campus. The best players were doing a little more "popular" things than that...sorry if I hurt some feelings here.

So while the OP is probably having a little fun, the idea of pool players you've never heard of being better than many you have heard of isn't preposterous at all. You know making a better living than a pool player isn't that high of a bar to jump over.

It's true

Guys I hate to tell ya but it's true, the guys are legit. They came through my area a few weeks ago on the way west. They stopped for a weekly 3 ball tourny and the bald guy run 56 racks of 3 ball, his highest score was 3. He made more 2s than Shaq. I got a plane ticket to Cali the next day, bring your calcutta money...

I can't tell if there is a jest in there or not  . If there actually are there two guys that will run 5 racks of 10 ball every turn at the table, I will return my "reading BS" book back to the library.

I highly doubt there is a bar owner in Oklahoma willing to play for 5 g's and even if there was I would have heard about lol. Oklahoma is a small state and when you start talking about pool players it's even smaller. This is sounds like a mix of stories out of Jay Hefferts book and CJ Wiley playing the bar owner with a broken cue.

Pool is a small community no matter where you are in the states. These guys would have had to have competed at a high level in order to get to a "world class" level! Anyways have a good day and stop trying to sell ocean front property in Arizona because no one is buying

I have said that too- how can they possibly be world-beaters, if they haven't proven themselves against the best yet?

I have played tournaments before and not missed a ball. I wouldn't want to play svb or orcullo, even on jays dime.

Texas is booming with pool playing right now

They can come down to Ft. Worth and get played by several guys before they even have to play me......Texas is booming with pool playing right now, it's like the 80s again, except the "heart level" is not near as high as it used to be. They just had a tournament with over 40 people on the waiting list and many tournaments of 32 fills up on a weekly basis. Several of the break contests pay between 200 and 500 a ball.

Well, I hope he got perfect on that 11 ball on this shot as it looks t-i-g-h-t !!

A couple of possibilities ...

- Looks like he had an angle to draw his rock into the 11 and bumped it into the open. Or ...

- This was one of the rack he couldn't get out on

I'm visualizing a guy who was on a drug that made him feel like a genius at the time of conceptualizing both threads.

Adding little details to the story like how the hustler spent 10 years practicing would make it seem so believable...visualizing the score he would make selling this bogus info...putting in so much work writing and creating multiple accounts...

And then reality sets in. Azers are not as gullible as planned and the realization that no one will be buying your bs info.

It's sad, huh? I know cause I've been there.

CJ you are right about Texas having a lot of players and top notch none the less. Oklahoma is booming too with new players. It's just hard to believe that there are owners willing to play for that, but who knows if he really was getting the 3 out then maybe he liked his chances...

it was well worth the trouble. 'The Game is the Teacher'

We were up north of you playing for $12,000 a game a couple of months ago......there is still some big action in the country if you know where to find it....of course we had to give up a huge handicap to get this type action, and it was well worth the trouble. 'The Game is the Teacher'

the 10 years of practice alone part is novice story telling, in no sport anywhere can you get to world class status simply practicing alone shacked up somewhere (oh wait, old kung fu movies had that, lol)

again, the extreme immature nature and complete lack of logic within all the details (lies) to me suggests to me a teenager who perhaps picked up pool recently and found this forum or a nutbag like the dude claiming to have jack hines videos beating ronnie o

from a trolling standpoint, it's a much improved effort over the original thread, lol, but this troll has a long way yet to go minus the photo which as stated, is artsy and a nice touch

This would be as the term goes " The Great White Hype " , I think the picture is the Author of this thread and is trying to build a rep up with outlandish talk. He is wanting to be asked at a bar or poolroom when he goes in if he is " The Guy " so to speak. A nobody wanting to be somebody. I'm sure everywhere he goes he is telling people about these mystery guys, and saying, " check it out on AZ its there with a picture....There are more clowns on here than ever.......:boring2:

Or is this Sc5thom......
