So I drove down to Ida Michigan to play with a Jensen and a Tim scruggs, both with ss joints just to see which i liked more. I ended up playing with cues from 1,000 to 15,000. Bill from cornerstonecues really wanted me to have the cue that was right for me. This is the only person I will do business with in the future. What a great person. The reason why he is so successful and has such a large collection is because he's fair and honest and really wants customer satisfaction. If you pick up anyone of his cues and later on don't want it he will take it back and let you take something else for complete value of what you paid. UNBELIEVABLE!! He waited up for me because I had to drive 4 hours to get to his shop. I got there at 4am and he was such a gentleman. Any cue you want by any cuemaker he can either get or already has. I recommend everyone buy there cues from Bill, he will treat you right and you will want to always do business with him.

P.S. Check out his web site cornerstonecues.com or give him a call and he will respond right away.
GOD Bless you Bill and thank you so much

Dave

You didn't say, but can I assume from the thread title that you ended up with a Scruggs?

And yes, Bill is well regarded around here for good reason.

Yes and the cue is perfect. Plays stiff loud and great. Pretty much all i can say

Scruggs

Dave, Bill told me today about the all nighter. It sounds like you all had a good time. Everything you said about Bill is true. He is a great guy to deal with. I have only been dealing in cues for a little over a month, and Bill has helped me alot. But this is getting expensive I have dropped about $50,000 in the past month or so on some nice cues.

Bill is a great guy, & my favorite person to buy cues from.

Glad to hear things worked out well for you. :thumbup2:

Did business with Cornerstone once, it was "Red Carpet" all the way, Kudos Cornerstone, you deserve it!

I also went to Bill's several times, each time I tried out about 10 cues, no pressure, just took my time, the last cue I bought from him was my Wes Hunter, and I love it, played with it for about an hour and it felt great to me. Also tried SW, Chudy, Euro, and many others until I found one that felt great to me. I would not buy a personal playing cue unless I could hit some balls with it. Bill is the place to go. Tom

Wow guys !! your giving praise for how things should be done!you are all a blessing and thanks for the kind words! and your all great people to deal with:grin:

I agree Bill is top notch.Had I connected with him before buying all the cues I have been trying,I would not now be trying to sell them for a loss.Love my Jensen and looking forward to next cue from you (mcworter?).Thanks again
