Tom "Dr. Cue" Rossman had eye surgery and his tour is temporarily canceled. Last month he shared about his wife Marty's struggles. He is expecting God to give direction while in recovery and Marty is seeing the doctor. We realize that many of you are struggling with financial, physical, and relational challenges. It is our prayer that God will speak to you in these difficult times. Be encouraged as you pray for Tom and Marty because God has a loving plan for your life. Jeremiah 29:11

This man, along with Mike Massey, have done more for Artistic Pool then anyone. Please pray for them.

I was set to work with Tom this past weekend in nebraska and found out about his eye at the begining of the week. I really hope that he is going to be ok and they can make his eye better.

If anyone could give 1/2 as much to pool as Tom......

I anyone can give only 1/2 as much as Tom Rossman has given to pool they would be a giant. I don't know where that puts Tom but it's pretty high up there.

It's always fun watching Tom wherever he is. His enthusiasm is contagous for sure.

Good luck with those eyes. My prayers go out to your wife also.

Hope to see you doing what you do best.

Giving everything you got to the game we all love.

Got to love this guy.............

Holding positive thoughts...

Don't have much clout with The Man Upstairs, but my thoughts are certainly with Tom and his wife. He's easily one of the best and funniest SHOWMEN the cue games have ever seen. GF

Get Well Soon

Best wishes Tom for a speedy recovery. I've been practicing my wingshot straight pool and need some competition!

Tom has probably inspired/instructed more people around the world to play better pool than anyone else living. I can't imagine how many miles he and Marty have put in doing their shows and clinics.

I really really really wish that they both make a full recovery and enjoy their life.

John...Taking nothing away from Tom, but a footnote...Tom was watching Jack White do his show at the U of Dayton many years ago. It was that experience that gave Tom the idea that he could do that too...and he has, in a zillion places, to a zillion people! His dedication to artistic billiards is what made it what it is today...and what it promises to be in the future! Plus, a little interesting story about how Tom and Marty met. Tom had done an exhibition and forgotten his cue. Marty picked it up and returned it to him. The rest is history!

Well Tom took it and ran with it. He really has a complete package with the mix of tricks and instruction that he does his shows with.

Here is another true story.

I wandered away from my booth one year out in Vegas and down the middle of the aisle was Tom Rossman giving an exhibition. I caught the tail end of it when did a jump shot exhibition using the Happy Hopper jump cue (made at the time for Tom by Viking I think) He spent about five minutes doing a barrage of jump shots with military precision.

Then he pulls a bag of jump cues out from under the table and sells out in five minutes. They went like warm butter biscuits. That was the spark that set me in motion to eventually make the Bunjee Jumper and all that came with it.

The next year I had a table and I was the one doing jump shot exhibitions.

I often think that had I not walked away from my booth at just that moment then I never would have thought to get involved with jump cues.

I sure hope Tom and Marty get it all sorted out. One of the things I genuinely miss when going to the shows is seeing them around.
