Two Brand New 2016 Sugartrees delivered at the SBE

I was fortunate enough to get two new Sugartrees delivered at the SBE by Eric while he was there last week.

The first cue is not a typical Sugartree as it has butterflies which is fairly rare. It has Ebony, Red Gum, Bloodwood, and Birds Eye Maple. Notice the sharp points on the back end butterflies, Eric told me this is not simple to do at all.

The Cocobolo and Birds Eye Maple Plain Jane (can it be called a plain jane?) really needs no introduction, this cue screams Sugartree and I guess he used “ok” wood.










 
That three piece segmented handle cue is SWEET. I think i could get use to it.:thumbup:
 
Sbe cues

I Knew someone had to have some new cues from the show. Those cues are amazing !
 
The first cue is one of my favorite Sugartree's ever.
Both very nice and desirable cues, and I know it's been discussed over & over for
years, but the playability of a Sugartree is always excellent and consistent.
 
Amazing. The wood (in the widow is .... I can't think of a good enough word to describe it and the Butterfly well I've always liked butterfly Q's

Both cues are nice but I LOVE the short sleeve in the top cue... The butterfly's aren't too bad either :wink:
 
Both of these cues are exceptionally nice. I really like both. I have only seen Sugartrees in pictures, but they appear to be great looking woods. These are my two favorites.
