Efren shows how to shoot over a ball. Notice that Mitch is watching Efren and not his wife? :D :D

This was my view of the finals (look for me on the TV show lol). Bustamante was Efren's cornerman. My girlfriend sat next to Francisco and I was next to her. Very lucky seating. You can see our AZ Billiards Sweet Marissa sitting in the front row of this picture.

Mike Sigel shoots during the finals.

In the picture with Sigel in the finals, the crowd in the background is the seating for all of the Hall of Famers. That's a cool shot!

These pictures are incredible. The best I've seen yet. I feel as if I am there again. They really capture the atmosphere! Thanks so much for sharing.:)

My girlfriend and some guy.:D :D

Hey, TXPoolnut, I remember your girlfriend well! I didn't know she was your girlfriend. She is very sweet. We both were sweating a few matches on the rail. I know she was having as much fun as I was in Orlando.

Those pictures were the absolute BEST. I can't say enough good things about them. The one with Johnny Archer down on his cue is a classic. That's the way he does it. Every player has their own little distinct qualities.

What a nice collection of the cream of the crop! :)

Nut-man,
Many thanks for the GREAT photo's, and for taking the time (substantial) to post them for us. Makes most of us wish we had been there.

Nice pics Todd.

If you had of asked, I would have told you where to download Resize Magic...it's free and can resize all your pics at once. (Those interested can just google it and find it pretty easily).

You can do it in photoshop too, but it seems a bit trickier.

You guys really did have a front-row seat. Right behind the guy who won the King of the Hill Shootout. I'm going to be looking for y'all when OLN airs the final match. :p

In the Hall-of-Famers-in-the-background shot of Sigel shooting, I can see where I was usually sitting, right between Hillbilly and Shannon Daulton with Shannon's girlfriend in the aisle seat. However when you snapped that I was out for a smoke break at the secret smoking lounge, out on the roof of one of the buildings with Kim Davenport, Keith, Mike Sigel's wife's sister, Earl Strickland, and a few others!

There was some heckler sitting behind me and Hillbilly, and Charlie got into a back-and-forth with the kid. The crowd got pretty vocal at times, and some folks were calling out Sigel's name like we were all sitting in a collaseum. Even Johnny Archer, always so reserved and humble, got into the spirit and was clapping his hands, calling out Mike's name in unison with the others. Then, of course, Efren had his own cheerleading session too. I remember looking down at Francisco Bustamante when all of this hollering was going on, and he loved it. He bursted into laughter and got caught up in the heat of the moment like the rest of us, grinning from ear to ear. :D

So this heckler sitting behind me and Hillbilly starts yelling out for all to hear that he'll bet anybody in the house that they can't beat Mike Sigel for five-figure sand bags, and that he'll back Sigel against any and all takers for as high as the Georgia pine. Hillbilly's nostrils got wide open, but soon Charlie realized that the young kid was just overcome by the excitement. :o

Seeing these pictures reminded me of the fun I had that day! :)
