I cant watch the matches on my iphone 5 running ios 7. I get an error "operation cannot be completed" Any ideas?

Iphone 5

Hi Oshua,

Not sure what is causing your problem.

Have tested it here (just now) on an Iphone 4 running IOS7 and a new Iphone 5 running IOS 7.

Both are working fine.

Not even sure what to really suggest.

Could just be a generic response.

Maybe turning the phone completely off and then back on again?

Did you try it on a computer to see if you an access the stream?

Hmm...right *now* I'm deciding what I'm doing tonight. Either watch US Open or do something else. Not too many big names in the field...so I'm pretty eager to know what's up for tonight. BUT...Accu-Stats still says TBD. Really? I don't know how things work...but is this being updated as soon as it can be? And if so, is there a big disconnect between the people that make the chart and assign tables, and Accu-Stats?

I'm trying to spend my money on this...help me accu-stats!

The next match between Reymart Lim and Mike Riccadella (SP) seems pretty lackluster since we are paying to see the feature matches on Accu-Stats. Are they trying to feature local Virginia players???

Works great on my iPhone 5 with iOS 7. I did get the error a couple of times that you did, but only when I was on 3G, with a possibly poor signal. When on wifi or LTE, the stream loads and plays great.

I'm not sure if you saw the other choices but there was nothing else to choose from. I like hearing joe talk anyways.
