I'm rather undecided about the whole deal -- i'm going, but not sure the pool is what is the most fun anymore...
There's a thread on the ISPA web site addressing the location...by someone else this time. I know it's been pretty dead over there, but now might be a good time to post in that thread and let the powers that be know how you feel. Maybe the new president will take the hint and try to move it. Maybe he will have better luck than I did.
Just thoght I'd try to strike up some interest in a move.

I might.... bring my sons over to play on sunday at ISPA if they still have the kids tourney. Are you running that again this year Ken? Appreciated all the work you did for them in the past.
Short answer is no. And I really don't know if they will continue it. I was the main push for that and the Seniors but now that I am out of the loop...who knows. I sure hope they keep the Juniors Event going...that is our future.
