1. Most every response in this thread had some humor in it or was written tongue in cheek. This was a "fun-type" thread. No harm, no foul.
2. Most everybody DID either have it figured out early on who the two were or else, they received PMs or phone calls explaining what went on. The thread kept going because the guys involved are high profile and the answers were kind of funny.
3. Can you be more specific about who exactly in this thread has ever "b******* & complaing about gossip, privacy, blah blah..."? I'm kind of curious because I can't remember anyone in this thread ever doing any of that.
4. It's a public forum. Participating in this thread no more makes someone look like a "7th grader" than posting in any other one does.
5. If this thread is so bad and irks you so much, why did YOU post in it?
6. The "AZ posse"....???? What ever do you mean by that? Examples?
7. If you don't like it or agree with the content of any thread, ignore it.
8. Lighten up and have some fun here. Nobody in this thread was harmed in any way. I can't figure out why this was such a big deal to you.

I wonder if this is similar to a gang, but online. Instead of getting beat to get initiated into the gang you get verbally abused and have to tough it out for 2 pages of posts without typing responses other than yes sir can I have another. If so count me in, bring it!

I don't know if you remember a fella here that went by the moniker of "Walt Frazier". Now HE got "posse-eed"! :grin: But truth be told, he just about committed forum "hari-kari" by the way he presented things.
But that is such a rarity here. The ones who get beat up are the trolls who trash the pros. Most everybody else lives and lets post.

Not negative about this forum at all Terry. I think this is the very best pool community I have seen online. But if you can go back through these pages & tell me there is no p****** & whining about someone saying some "secret" & yes the AZ posse out with a rope, exactly what I said, then I guess you read through different glasses then I do.
In closing to this you can type me another page if you want sir, I however have better things to do then have an internet argument over something this stupid. And by the looks of your picture / age I would guess you do as well.

That's a pretty public place for this to happen and then expect it to be private. But for those who think it should be private you can take solace in the fact that 99.99999999999999999999999999999999% of the general public are unaware that there was a U S Open and don't know or care about anything that happened there. In fact with the reputation pool has in this country it would be news if somebody didn't get knocked on their ass.
