Cut veneer for your ring work in 10-15 seconds.The first sets of these were supplied to a cue parts supplier and local cue maker about 2+ years ago for testing,they are still using them and have no issues with them.I will be at the derby this weekend if you want to see one in person.
The black part is the steel die set $375.00
The wood holds one die per size.$75.00 each.
These are the sizes that I have in stock.
1.015 OD X .625 ID.
1.140 OD x .625 ID.
1.265 OD x .750 ID.
1.390 OD x .75o ID.
I use a #3 arbor press
I can provide other sizes on request.

Just got my set of dies and bought a 3 ton arbor press , let me tell you guys that it works GREAT !!! I will be deco ring rich for now on ... No need for pics as they will be the duplicate of the ones already posted but I will if you request ... I say again this setup is the brass brazillian nutz ... I thinkl the 3 ton arbor press makes it easy ... THANX a BUNCH >>>TOM<<<

Got mine ( custom OD and ID ).
I hate wasting that inside disc so I picked a size I could use as collar ring.
Made a jig to bore holes on them discs. Hah, figure that one out.
Made a bunch tonight ( or is it morning already ? )

Tom's a genius for designing this .
No more punch press, or laser cutters needed .
Btw, get a ratchet type 3-ton press for this job. You're gonna get worn using the wheel.
Just picked up an arbor press earlier today after waiting for the supplier for a while .
