Mr. Jerry Rauenzahn restored this beautiful old turn of the century Brunswick cue. If anyone has additional information about this 26 1/2 I would really appreciate your feedback.

All white is ivory. Notice the brass plate on the bottom. This cue came with a cork wrap and Jerry -R- replaced it. The forearm has a bunch of small tight birdseyes which you never see in this style of cue.

The butt weighs 14.0 oz and the shaft is 5.1 oz. Also the butt is 28 3/8" in length and the shaft is 29 3/8" for a total length of 57 3/4".

More pics of cue. Notice the tight little birdseyes in the forearm and the curly maple in the shaft. The balance point is 18" up from the bottom of the brass plate. This cue has incredible balance for its age.

John that is a beautiful cue man, Jerry's work is excellent. I have have never seen anything that he has converted or built that I was was not jealous of.

Oh and by the way, the Brunsiwck 26 1/2 is my favorite cue that Brunswick ever made. The Model 360 certainly is beautiful, but for me it is a little to much. I have been playing with Brunswick 26 1/2 I converted for almost three years. Mine is a simple Hoppe style cue with an Ivory Joint, while it is simple I would not trade it for anything else.

Very cool cue. Love the brass butt cap.
-R- deserves a lot more appreciation for all his work. He turns out a lot of beautiful cues.
 
Mr. Jerry -R- had to get the replacement pin fron another prominent cue builder that's been at it since the early 1960's. THANK GOD he could find a 3/8-9 pin which is what this cue came with. It had an aluminum pin in the shaft originally to get the weight balanced. After the refinish, the cue needed a brass pin to make it 18" foreward weighted and get it to 19.1 oz, which is where I prefer my cues to be. All I can say is -R- took the extra time to make it perfect.

That is my favorite Titleist cue I have seen lately

I love the joint including the Billiard Pin,the cork wrap and the unusual treatment
at the very bottom,
Also the wood is about 100 times better than any I have seen or owned
