I have posted some pics of some billiard collectibles earlier, and here are a few cool label cues. I am still missing a few like the Carom king,
Keen shot and the Hi run these three cues are very hard for me to find and afford.

Awesome collection. Here's hoping you walk into a pawn shop, or estate sale, and they have every one you need for $20 total:grin:

Thanks muttley, I just missed a Keen shot on ebay it was a heart breaker I have only seen 2 of these before and I have been watching for about 10 years.

Just bid a couple more times. I'll have to see how bad somebody else wants them in a day or two.

bidding

Good luck I wouldn't go to crazy on it, getting a good deal is half the fun.

I have seen bidding get truly silly. My sister benefited from that once, selling a collectable platter for about six times it's actual value! If two or more bidders think they absolutely have to have something . . .

I'm looking at what I am willing to pay with that shipping. I'll nudge the bid a little higher on the last day and try to snipe it with my max dollar at the last minute so neither other bidders or myself can decide to go a little higher! :D :D

Cuebuddy...Just curious about where you got the Hoppe on the left. It looks exactly like one I sold, a few years ago. Mine had the ivory ring cracked in the same place as yours!:thumbup: One of my friends, Rick Goulden, has collected a whole bunch of these Brunswick decal cues.

Sorry about the late reply but I just spent 3 hours trying to go 90 miles through another Colorado blizzard:mad:.We are up to 64 inch's in the last 3 weeks. There is a cool story behind the Hoppe but I am not up to hunting and pecking my way through it right now:o. I found that cue in the Golden armadillo in the Denver area and I paid 175.00 dollars for it. I will never forget when I laid eyes on it, Anyway I will leave the rest of the story for later. Who ever owned let me talk them down about 75 dollars and they could have talked me up :D. The cue is straight as an arrow and I made a more playable shaft for it and like to play it now and then. I think it is one of the very first Hoppe's according to this great website.

Cuebuddy...Well, I'm sure my son is loving it, seeing that he lives in Breckenridge, and has a ski pass for the whole county! Myself...I'm happy to be ensconced on the beach, down in WARM Florida! Great story on your Hoppe. Definitely not mine. I saw it a few times, after Tate helped me sell it, and I was always interested in hearing how people ended up with it! Congrats on your great buy!

Would you be so kind as to post pics of the Carom King and Keen Shot Cue Labels? Thanks in advance. HEH

I would love to post pics of these but it won't be easy. I have none myself although they come up now and then. I will go in search of these pic later tonight. The Carom King was what the Titlist cue was built from and had a very short run before it was changed to the Titlist professional.
The Keen shot is a sonofagun to find pics of but they come up at auctions now and then. Here is a little info.
