Warning - Brianna Cues

By the way he never returned a call or an email and never refunded the money. Fortunately I went through my bank and got my money returned that way since I paid as a credit card. At least Wachovia has great customer service :)

Glad you got your money back. I hope other people take a lesson and don't buy from this guy. A lot of (unnecessary) hoops to jump through just to get 230.00 back.

Just a question for clarity here..

Brianna Cues (lee) is the bad guy here, now how does that relate to Brianna Products? If at all, cause I see there posts all the time, and ususally are meet with positive feedback?

Since Lee owns the company, just wondering how the two here are related if at all?

Both are the same one owner just uses two names 1 for products other for his cue line.

I was hoping that Lee would have solved this by now. I have had 2-3 dealings with Lee & they have all been good. The products & service have been great. I too would like to see a picture of what is broken or loose. Without the picture, I can't make a judgement, as to what your original complaint was. Can you post a picture?. THANKS...JER

I have only had a few dealings with Lee as well, and all were good and positive.
Neil Lickfold.

This is the guy that was across the walkway from TAR during Valley Forge I will NEVER do business with him!

He complained when there was an action match at TAR's booth because everyone was crowded around and people couldn't get to his booth. The problem was it was 9:30pm and the booths were supposed to be closed by 8:00pm. TAR didn't start any action until after the booths were supposed to be closed. He called in Allan Hopkins and made TAR close down the table.

I talked to a few people around the show and they all had negative things to say about him and his company. I guess he likes to steal other peoples ideas and sell them as his own, he also sold Szamboti hats without any permission from the family.

I would rather burn my money than every send him a penny!

Don't burn your money John, invest it in the beav99_4life college loan fund!!! LOL You got anymore of that deer jerky left?

Glad you got your money back. I ordered a stroker kit for my Old 455a while back which was around $2400 dollars, 4 months and the guy never returns a call and was already infamous for bending guys over with a bottle of KY. So I called him and he is still BS-ing around saying I'm working on it and blah blah, so one day I dispute the delimma I had with my credit card company, got my money instantly. The guy calls me a week later stating that because I have taken my money back, he is now in a very tight spot and yada yada, so I told him, you have been lying to me and I don't want to hear an y of it and your guilt trip is not working. I told the guy, your business is in the crapper because of the way you handle your customers and always try to bend them over. Til' this day, I think his business has shut down.

I really don't like people who take advantages of other's kindness. I absolutely dislike it.

This is just a little advice for all of you merchants/vendors out there. Undoubtledly, given the economic times, customers not only have a great many alternatives on where to spend their money, it will probably be heavily investigated where to take their business.

The rule of thumb, IMO, is that sellers should understand that a transaction isn't finalized when money is exchanged forgoods or services, but rather upon completion, the customer is satisfied.

The harm against ones reputation is hardly worth the $230. The Internet forums are a powerful tool not to be taken lightly.

Three sides to every story

I know Lee...for over a decade. Have done countless transactions with no money exchange til we see each other which in those days was MONTHS. He has never douched out on me and probably never will. In life there are threes sides to each story...yours, his and the TRUTH. Only having read one of them Im sure there is more to this than meet the eye.

Voodoo~~~glad you got your dough back

It's important to remember that cubc did get his money back, but through no effort from Lee of Brianna cues, but despite him. To date, cubc hasn't heard ANYTHING from the seller. He was lucky to get a refund from his credit card company.

Brianna still a deadbeat, IMO.

That's what is important here

It doesn't matter how many good transactions you have , or how many satisfied customers you've made! The FIRST time you take a customers money for a product and then don't back it up. I'm done with you. The fact that the OP never got a response of any kind from Lee, even After the cue was returned, speaks volumes. After a whole month, His total lack of a response leads me to the conclusion that this is not an oversiteand he CHOSE to keep the cue and the money. I'm glad you got your money somehow, even though lee put the screws to you
