Warning someone is trying to use my name!!!!

thank you

Thanks Cleiton for the heads up. Cleiton and I just spoke on the phone. He said this idiot was using my name. With the technology we have today, all az members who feel even the slightest bit uneasy should simply ask for a video of product in question. Not only would it weed out people like this. But would make a good selling tool for cue. Being straight, shaft and butt. Also hit a few balls with it. Obviously just my opinion on this one. Message to the guy trying to use my name and others my phone # is 302 331 7170
If you wish to speck to me directly regarding a possible sale, trade, etc.

Buddy you picked the wrong crowd and product to f#$#k with. Even if you find somebody to fall for your BS. You better NEVER walk into a pool room with that cue. Because the only way your leaving is by ambulance.

Cover your bases....

A crook won't think twice about spending $100 worth of effort to steal a damn dime...

I agree with JB, anyone who was contacted by this assclown should be saving everything sent/recieved, get in touch with the sherrif in his town (I'm pretty sure they know who he is...) and give them copies of the evidence. Looks like this guy was working a lot of different angles at once. By chance, anyone get a shipping address? Doubt he would give his actual address but these jokers airn't too bright...but you never know, could be a grand slam.

Cover your bases in all your transactions. Is there a sticky for precautions on transactions? If not, I would vote for one as tatics are evolving, people should stay informed....

Thanks for the heads up!

Lucky?

These posts are becoming way too prevalent.

It makes me feel lucky that all my deals went smoothly. Especially the trade I just completed only a couple weeks ago. Myself and Stiqs (Louie) mailed our respective cues at the same time to each other via 2 day USPS. His cue arrived at my door a day before he got the ones I sent. We had never met, nor dealt with each other before this, only a couple telephone conversations and e-mails. Fortunately for me, Louie is a gentleman and man of his word; everything worked out fine and we left each other positive i-trader.

I'm just posting this because all too often we only hear about the deals gone bad, not the numerous positive transactions and all the honorable AZers out there.

Certainly, we all need to keep our guard up, but I hate to see a growing lack of trust with this site and its' many fine members. When a deal goes well, it is what had previously come to expect, now its' almost a feeling of relief or "luck".

I enjoy this site very much, and hope the few bad apples cotinue to be identified and weeded out.

Might be worth contacting the pool halls in the area to see if this guy is known for coming in to sell cues. If he is, then the cues are most likely stolen through fraud. I think this guy is in desperate need of wearing orange again.

Great work! I just took a screenshot of that photo and send it to him, now this person is claiming his phone was stolen. I told him he has been identified!!!

Here is all the info I have:

JEREMY GORE
4353 PEE DEE HWY
CONWAY, SC. 29527
(843)902-7814

He got to me on a trade involving my Tag Heuer watch and his Jack Justis case
yesterday. Hopefully I got back to FedEx in time. Informed them it was a scam and
Not to deliver package. Will update later with details.

I got a couple texts from this guy. Had my Schön listed on craigslist with my phone number. He was obviously showing me cues that weren't his. Glad he's being exposed.

I actually received another one the other day from (843)504-7342. Look out for that one as well.

I would shoot him in the face if he got me for a Jack Justis case.
Thanks for the update, let see if FedEx comes through for you.

With FedEx as the shipper you can just re-route the package back to you pretty reliably.

UPDATE:
Looks like I got to Fed Ex in time. My Tag Heuer is on its way home back to me.
I bet that piece of crap is wondering where it is, since it was supposed to be delivered
by 1:30pm NC time.
Never heard anything back from Mr. Gore after I told him it was shipped and texted
him the tracking # yesterday. Even after several texts from me asking if the case was
shipped yesterday, no response, nothing, nada.

Fed Ex was great, after I told them that it was a scam and the delivery needed to be
stopped, they were all over it.

Guess I learned my lesson this time. First time dealing with this crap. Will not be so
trusting in the future for sure.
Mike H.
