uh Whitewolf...correct me if I'm wrong but did you just admit to having full knowledge and confirmation of someone you know hacking into the FBI system? Hate to mention this, but you have admitted to being a witness to something that is considered a federal offense and by not informing the FBI of this person could be considered a co-conspiritor. Just a fact.

As for me being 'tricked' into replying to a message that was sent to APA7, it did not happen. Lets do this to settle this matter once and for all.
You get your hacker friend to provide you the proof that this happened and post it on the forums. If you can provide proof that I responded to a message sent to APA7 and not myself, I will donate $5000 to your favorite charity. And when you can't provide this proof, you will get over yourself and drop this stupid game.
Won't cost you a dime. Just prove your allegations.

You really don't have to say anything you know because this is really Never Never Land anyway. Everybody needs to chill out and just realize that the Wizard of Oz is Mike and others. As I expected, not a shred of evidence. Your "hacker friend" figured it all out in between sessions in the FBI's system and he obviously sent you the proof (I am certain that someone as upstanding as you would never accuse someone of something without actually seeing the proof). And you would certainly not delete something as valuable to you as that.
So all I need is for you to post that proof. The checkbook is open and I ready to write this donation out to your favorite charity.

I read alot of threads in alot of different sections here on AZB and I didn't see any mention of JimBo from CT. being banned, but his name is on the AZB Banned list.
When did JimBo get Banned and what for ? How long is he banned for ?

I've run into this problem in the past with some companies I've done website work for and for what it's worth what the companies decided to do was pretty simple, they changed the wording.
Private Messaging became Personal Messaging.
Nothing else on the entire web site changed, the functionality was exactly the same.
It was done on the advice of the lawyers to avoid lawsuits regarding what was "implied". They were never sued over it but it was what their legal departments decided to do.
There really is no way to prevent an administrator from being able to read private messages short of letting individual users generate their own personal/private key to use for their own encryption, any other method really can never be called "private" really but I think expecting complete personal privacy on a privately run forum that is free of charge is a bit unreasonable.

I never assumed total privacy in PM's but if i found out they were being read just for giggles, I'd probably leave AZ. I just hate snoops.
Growing up, i had a desk im my BR- I could have kept a hand grenade in there-my parents would never pry or snoop at all and that is what i have come to expect from decent folks.
I have no reason to believe anyone at AZB snoops but i am sure they have the ability.
