A website in memory of Royce Bunnell has been created by Carl Pearson and may be found at: http://royce.obcues.com/

Here you will find information on the Celebration of Life to be held in memory of Royce and information on how you may help his family in this their time of need.

Please visit this page, remember Royce with all of us who were fortunate to have him as a friend and make whatever donation your heart demands.

I will miss you, my partner and my friend.
Don Owen

Don... Royce and I spoke often and while I have never met you I almost feel like I know you. Royce always spoke very highly of you when we talked shop =) The first time he explained the OB no BS policy he attributed that to you....

My thoughts and prayers go out to Royce's immediate family, his OB family and all of his friends...

Will be a very long time before we see the likes of him again.....

Royce was one of a kind - in a very good way. He was extremely patient, thoughtful and forever giving of his time and energy to anyone who asked anything.

The more I was around him, the more I liked him. We never did much 'hanging out and drinking or eating' but we talked quite often on the phone over the past 4 years or so.

This whole thing has shocked me. He was just getting into his stride. He will be missed, by everyone that knew him. God Bless his family and all of his friends.

I never knew Royce but he always struck me a good guy. Once invited me to stop by his booth at the next big event. Regrettably, I missed meeting him.

Godspeed.

Royce was one of the nicest guys. He was always willing to help and was passionate about what he could do to improve this game we all love.

RIP

Royce was one of the best people I have ever met. He was everything one should aspire to when one thinks of a good person.

I still can't believe he is gone.

I am so sorry to have missed Royce. I saw Him and Shane together at The BCA Trade Show in Vegas but they were so busy at the OB booth, I ended up passing them up resigning myself to talk to them next I see them in Vegas.

It was just too early for Royce. My heart is heavy.

Ironically, last week on ABR I delivered a message to our listeners about " never missing an opportunity to tell someone they are appreciated" ....

Royce, I should have taken my own advice. You will be missed fine sir.

I just heard this horrible news and I can't believe it. Royce was always such a pleasure to meet and talk to. He had such a passion for and dedication to what he created with OB cues. My deepest condolences go out to his family, friends, and associates at OB cues. RIP Royce.

Thank you to everyone for the kind words. It has been an incredibly difficult week for Royce's immediate family and of course, the OB family. Royce was a great friend, one of my business partners and the leader of our company. We are all shocked and saddened beyond belief.

Royce spent the last 10 years building our company and I was fortunate to have worked with him for the last 4. Everyone at OB is committed to keeping the company on track and carrying on Royce's legacy. He worked too hard to get this company to where it is today for us to do anything else. We will honor his memory on December 13th at his celebration of life and we will honor his memory for many years past that by growing this company bigger and better, anything else would be a disservice to Royce.

Rest in peace my friend.

Royce was one of the truly nicest people i have ever met, i am still in shock and will miss hanging out with him at the OB booth and playing a few racks. I am glad i got to play some pool with him at the OB booth at the APA and chat with him in Vegas. Such a wonderful man, who done so much for pool. He will be greatly missed by everyone.

Very nice website and tribute to Royce Bunnell. It is tragic to lose someone who meant so much to many. I hope his family is comforted in the coming days.

I am still shocked and overwhelmed by Royce's sudden passing.

Such a wonderful and genuine person, whose considerate and thoughtful behavior is rare and immensely appreciated. And he worked non-stop, ever thinking what might be next.

Not only did he develop a world class company along with his dear friend Don Owen, he was able to make a difference in the world of pool. Even contributed significantly to a new direction in the equipment by which the game is played. A true innovator. And thinker. And doer. With extraordinary, benchmark customer service.

Rhoda and I will keep Royce and all of his family and loved ones in our thoughts and prayers.

Will Prout
