Lemonading or laying down the lemon. Who knows what that means?
I could spend all day at this, but I won't.....
The Barny ball and the crack....the four and the break.
The Orange Crush.....the five and the break or the five out and the break.
which one is it? that's a pretty big difference
there arnt many I havent heard, of the common ones, my favorite is "He has his nose open" Or even better "I got my nose open" I know that feeling well and I like it.
Fatboy-does it mean-a player is in a bad game/losing badly but pride, anger and embarassment keep him from quitting. To the point that he does irrational/out of character things like doubling the bet when he has no chance?
Is the nose 'open' a reference to being angry enough to snort through your nose while breathing? or something else about snorting something and displaying bad judgement as a result?
Thanks
'old blind hog done found an acorn.' (lucky shot?)
"The blind squirrel has to find an acorn once in awhile - lucky game or set - is how I heard it said.
"Greek it in." - Hitting the OB rail first or from it's backside.
