...about our eyes & our aiming...

Close your left eye and just focus your right eye
on the tiny static circle on the left of the screen.
At some point the big circle will disappear as it
crosses your ‘blind spot‘.

What?:o

Btw it didnt disappear, my eyes must be jacked.
Made me sick though.

Move your nose closer to the screen...you need the big dot to sweep further across your vision field. Also, don't allow your right eye to waiver.

The blind spot will exist for everyone.

didn't get this to work

I didn't get this to work just playing with it for about a minute but you can do the same thing with two dots on a piece of paper about an inch apart and moving the paper closer and further from your face if I remember correctly.

This blind spot in binocular vision or actually two, one for each eye if I remember correctly, might be what explains some misses on those near straight in shots that should be ducks. We only see monocular vision in spots but we aren't aware of it since our mind fills in the blanks.

Focus on the big dot for a while then look at the white part and a white dot will appear.Thats kinda different.

dont play pool with one eye closed??;)

Right, when I got closer it worked. The larger circle disappeared from my vision and then reappeared. It works. It really does work. You just have to be closer.

anybody here old enough to remember the 3 stooges??

1. form a v with your first and second fingers.
2. poke those fingers into your eyes
3. what do you see?

It tells me that the poor big dot is just trying to go through the picture but that stupid fricken little dot won't move, so the big dot keeps going back and forth hoping the little dot will move but it just stays there!

Piece of sh*t little dot.....
