Shane definitely has some nut huggers, but in reality, nut huggers are what most fans are.
I might not describe JCIN as a nut hugger but it is hard for anyone not to see the favoritism. It comes across in many ways including simply the pr given from TAR in describing why Shane lost or how his latest victory shows who the best is.
It could be that JCIN is in fact a little bit of a nut hugger who happens to be a promoter as well. Being a close friend to Shane would make it hard not to be somewhat of a hugger. But sometimes I wonder if there has been a conscious decision by JCIN, Mark, andd the rest of the good ol boy network that pool needs a superstar and Shane being likable by many with world class skills and someone who they already have a good relationship with made for a great candidate.
