what not to do as a newb cue builder

cats out of the bag now.

Been out of the bag. You can't dick somebody in a small industry like this and everybody not know it. The guy had every opportunity to make it right and chose not to. Character is everything you need to know about a person. That incident negated every friendly & trusty experience I ever had with the individual. Good people do bad things. It's human. How you resolve & correct the mistake is what makes you good or bad & defines your true worth.

Can someone PM me(I suppose that is the most appropriate way?) the story?

I think I who it is, but I've never heard anything bad about them....

Hmm, There's always 2 sides to ea. story maybe we need to give a chance to the guy who's rep is at stake here and let him tell us his story....

Just saying.

That sounds good. The problem is, his reputation is not at stake, it is already shot.

well atleast newb cue builders will have a example of what not to do if they want any respect in this industry.

i think this thread should be a sticky lol

Saints win

I'll bet the Saints beat the Falcant's Sunday

If I had to listen to that noise while trying to play, there would be a house cue javelined into the juke box.

The juke where I play has a feature that allows you to override the song list with yours for 50 cents per song. When I start hearing rap or anything close,
I drop a 20 and start playing some good ole country tunes and overriding their music.

They get the idea. They will go broke before I do.

Different strokes for different folks

I also like "I love this bar" by Toby Keith

I was teasin with ya bud. If I were to let a couple of songs shark me when playing, I wouldn't be able to play very well would I?

If I hear something that I don't care for, I tune it out. Its a free world and people can listen to what they like.

I am sure there are people that feel the same for me when I put in music by the Beach Boys, Christmas music, Dean Martin or Frank Sinatra.

Always, specially on a message board. In this case tho, there is no second side. Guilty as charged.

It's all good man
How about "No shirt no shoes, no problem" by Kenney Chesney
Coach Peyton loves that song

Saints by 3 over the Falcant's this Sunday:D

So how do you really feel about that one who's name is to be unspoken? :bash::killingme:

Trent, unfortunately, there are those who climb their way to their position. And there are others who beg, steal, borrow, & bullshit their way there. It all goes back to building a house on sand or building a house on stone. The house on sand will fade as fast as it emerged. The house on stone will endure through the ages. Just sit back & watch the tide. It will roll in, bringing with it all kinds of new, then roll out, taking everything unfounded with it. Pebbles wash up & wash back out again. Boulders stay right where they are.

Sorry Guyz I'm no cuemaker and was just going through this post.

But Mr. qbilder sir these are some pretty nice lines and although I might not know alot about cuemaking I think its true in all the walks of life, you sound like someone who knows what he is doing.
