This is some of the shaft wood that Tommy is selling here on the forum, this stuff is from Bill McDaniels shop. Currently Tommy or Hangmhigh is picking out shaft wood that is straight and was not used by because it was dark, had some sugar marks, or some cut grain. This material is 20 plus years old and air dried.

Wow, I could get lost in there for a day picking some nice shafts.
I prefer a stiff hitter and don't mind dark wood with a few sugar marks in it.
I think it looks nicer than snow white.
