i havent seen anything about Shane in a while! what is he up to ?


I would really like to see him winning some more tourney's and action games!

The kid is a monster and i really think that he can make a possitive impact on the game!

According to what was said on TAR this week during the matches broadcast there, Shane has a backer for the Million Dollar 9 Ball event in Pa and has entered. Meanwhile, he has been in Sioux Falls practicing...Tom
 
SVB is one of the greatest players around as of this moment, I like how he plays. He will win alot of tournoments int he incoming years. but do not expect him to be the next Earl Strickland in the 80s 90s. in my opinion, I don't see that happening. altho I do wish that SVB can beat Earl's record in winning 6 World champions and 5 U.S. Opens, but that just really, i mean really tough to beat.

in the meantime, I really hope and wish that he win many tournoments, because as of now. He is my #1 player along with Shannon daulton. Whenever I want to buy CDs I look up for SVB and Shannon. few years back, I used to look only for Earl Matches/DVDs. Thats Just my taste! =)
 
Just spoke with him a couple of days ago. He just finished tied for 3rd in Qatar, for $10,000! And he told me he had a good chance to make the Finals.

We were going over his plans to attend the World Ten Ball in September and then rush over to Europe for another major tourney. He only has one day in between to travel from Manila to Europe. Such is the life of a top player.

Have no doubt that Shane will be going to all the major tournaments. He is now a World Class player like Ralf, Dennis, Neils, Alex, Ronnie, Efren and Francisco. There are only a handful of players today who are jet setting all over the globe to pursue their trade. These are the best players in the world!

Maybe he better buy a refundable ticket for Manila. Things look pretty dicey over there atm.
 
Shane was playing at Shooter's Billiards in Burnsville, Minnesota last night. Beau Runningen wanted to match up with Shane, but Shane was already involved in a game.

Shane had to catch a plane to Florida 6am this morning.

bignasty mentioned on tar that shane has been practicing a lot of straight pool, said thats mainly what he's been doing for a few weeks now and his high run is in the 70's

i'm confused? whats dicey there? I have been thinking of going there soon as my back is ok and I can travel for fun. Thanks in advance for answerering. Eric
