When a Pool Player retires?

Old Pool Players never retire.
They just lose their balls.

Old Pool Players never retire.
They just lose their shape.

Pool players dont retire they usually just play until they go into hospice care.

Retiring from playing pool for a "living"? The vast majority look for a job and more than likely regret not having a marketable skill...Look up Luther Lassiter for example

"Man is the strangest of all the Lord's creatures. The trouble with man is he doesn't know how to live ... I'm a pool player, so they ask me, 'Haven't you done anything with your life except shoot pool? Haven't you ever worked?' I always tell them, 'Well, no, sir, I can't say that I've ever worked.' That always gets those rascals, 'cause they always ask, 'But how have you managed to live?' Oh, Lawdie, that's so silly. I tell them, 'Sir, I live like a tree – 3 percent from the soil and 97 percent from the air.'

-Luther Lassiter

Pool players live like millionaires without the constant fear of losing money.

I would expand this to include balance. In life we have to find a balance among the things we do. Pool doesnt make money and money makes the world go round. Pool makes many a man single. Balance is the key sir.

When Pool players retire, do they get to keep the Gold watch they won from somebody
30 years prior to retirement ?

I can buy CJs DVDs on credit?????? Why have I never been made aware of this before???????? What heck guys, I'm a Gold member.

Actually I don't think you have to buy on credit. I think all you have to be is happy and CJ will send 'em along.

more people in America die of eating TOO MUCH

I would add "Harmony" and "Perseverance" as well.

There's a lot of miserable, unhealthy, bitter people with more money than they could ever spend.....something that's interesting is more people in America die of eating TOO MUCH than not enough......maybe "gluttony" is a life sentence. ;) 'The GAME is the teacher'

Pool players fear neither.......

The two most crippling fears dwelling in American people are:

1) Not getting what they want

2) Losing what they already have

Pool players fear neither.......
