Ok, so yet another old-schooler has fallen :grin-square:
I've gone the way of the OB.....spent the better part of Sunday trying to figure out this newly fangled, low-deflection technology, and lets just say it ain't easy.....for 20 years, my mind/eyes had always just automatically calculated stuff for normal deflection.....for the first time in my life, I found myself trying to figure out how to aim
Could hardly make a ball for the first few hours. I played 9-ball with a guy that's easily a ball better than I am anyway - I think I won maybe 5 games out of 30, LOL....then hooked up with a buddy for some 1pocket....after a while, I made a few shots....it's gonna take a lot of practice but I do like the feel, fit, and finish of the product.
Anyone else have some entertaining stories about going the low deflection route????
