I sent the butt to my cue to Meucci to have a shaft made along with a check and instructions as to what I want done. No cue and no response. I have proof that it was received .What options are available and has anyone else had this experience with Meucci ????/ :confused:
 
Missing Meucci cue at their factory

All I can say (since I've also had that problem with Meucci) is keep calling their 800# letting them know you care and want your cue butt back, (with or without repair). They will give you an assortment of excuses (as they did me over the months). If you have sent it recently, ask for them to send it to Ryan @ Mueller's in Nebraska (unfortunately shipping probably at your cost!)..they are doing all warantee work for Meucci and CAN get the job done AND get it turned around quickly. Gotta love these glowing reviews of Meucci...

All I can say is I've had stellar luck with sending cues to McDermott for warranty and repair work. Quick turn around and lots of quick communication from Jayme Cernicka who is their customer service manager. I know that doesn't help with your Meucci....

Hope you get your cue back soon!

I have a Meucci PP 1 and I love it. Just one of the lucky ones.

But considering all the bad rep as of late, if you send your Meucci and money
back to the factory and you don't get it back, they are probably doing you a favor.

Maybe it was Made in America and now Lost in America!!
J/K,,, there are many stories of bad service from Meucci..

Sorry to hear this, but in the business we call this being Meuched!!:eek:

But, don't feel to bad this is exactly how they treat their Dealers so your not alone.:(
