Who is the best pool playing Celebrity

Well last time i saw old one eyed Pete, he wasnt looking too good but Peter Falk played at least B+ speed at one time.

And if it hasnt been said 300 times, Shuff is no shortstop!

Keith McCready. He was in a movie! TCOM!

LOL! I heard he retired.

There's definitely a cameo appearance on the horizon.

Believe me, there' ain't nothing better than seeing The Keith McCready Show live. They never forget him and do look forward for the repeat performance, sine die

Hear, hear. 'Bout time Brandon got a little respect, in the words of Rodney Dangerfield! :grin-square:

Columbo was notorious for sharking....down on your shot, and "oh, uh, Sir, one last thing..."

Jay mentioned Hennigan the poker player - heard that fellow shot a MEAN stick - shortstops BEWARE (not sure of his playing status now).

I was told they used to call Hennigan "Corn Flakes." He's from Philly!

He knows the pool racket well and definitely knew how to match up in his pool day.

Of course, we'll never see him back in this racket. He's done well for himself!

Rich Beem plays pretty good, and coach Roy Williams is said to know his way around the table real well.

Does anyone know if Tony Stewart plays a decent speed? I had heard he hung out with Shannon, but never really heard if he could play himself.

He's probably the best player among the NASCAR circuit...once, I heard two announcers talking...saying he wasn't as good as "the pro" he hangs out with, but that he was very good. From that, I guessed a good shortstop speed. Pic of a gift from Shannon...

Okay...I re-read my post and see how you could take what I said as an insult against Brandon's game...I made a bit of a run on sentence...I was just throwing out examples...Brandon is not a World Champion but plays a speed above Short Stop...

Jerry Orbach was certainly able to run 60 or 70 in straight pool, but I was once told that actor Danny Aiello, whom I've never seen shoot, played quite a bit stronger than Jerry.

Keith McCready by a landslide !!!!!!!

He played in that movie The color of money in which he got paid....so he is a paid actor..so he gets my vote:groucho:

They say that hall of fame baseball manager Leo Dorocher was a 100 ball runner on a 5 x 10. That's strong!

How about Jeanette Lee? I'd very much consider her a celebrity...fame obtained by playing pool.

Hey Jam, I used to play "Corn Flakes" back in Philly around the early 80's. He was a very good player at back pocket 9-ball. Just ask the Fusco's, they know him well.

Trust me, he was and is a very smart guy with gambling on all kinds of things.
Hope you and keith are well.

Take care and GOD bless
Your friend for ever,
Mark Gregory
