I always find these "old school in relation to new school" threads fun, and since we have so many great pool history afficionados here, I figured this was the best place to ask the question - which pros were mentored by some well known old-schoolers? The only ones I can personally think of was Corey D. and Jimmy Caras, and I'm not even sure to the extent that Jimmy taught corey since he was more of a straight pool player, and Mike Sigel and Larry Hubbart (also not sure to what extent). If you guys know any, feel free to share
