How was it listed? Surely not under pool cue. Just as Ginacue? ... so that one would have to do a search for Ginacue maybe?

It was on Ebay? How did I miss this one? :)

Very nice Gina.
I couldnt believe that it went sooo low my bid was set at 2750.00 just for its rarity! i dont know how it slipped by alot of people! wow

Bill,

That's actually the reason there weren't anymore bids. I saw that you'd bid and just figured I would be running it up for the seller, as your pockets are much deeper than mine :D ...

Regards,

Steve

Felony

Bill, your acquisition would be considered felony theft in 32 states. :D

Nice pick-up. :)

What about me Bill,

I bought a super mint pre-date with 3 full shafts and the cue turns to be a Kersenbrock.
Gread deal you did on the Gina.I saw the cue and the only thing I didn't like was the joint.I'm a piloted joint fan.

I saw the cue, had some question about authenticity. If I recall, the seller didn't reply about authentication.

I gave away a mint condition ebony nosed SW on ebay just the other day for $1900. The cue was in immaculate condition. Did I mention it sold for $2300 back in 2002!?!

I thought SW's would only appreciate in value. Guess I was wrong. Maybe everyone else realized that SW's just aren't that great...

Oh, well. I hope the buyer enjoys the cue more than I did.

when your board with it, ship it to me, i'll take it for a test drive and take it to Ernie to freshen it up a bit new tips etc. and i'll ship it back to you, I'd keep this one, even when your in the cue biz sometimes a cue comes along that you just cant sell, to me this would be one of them, its not like you have alot of $$ in it, thats a keeper.

no, they are that good the cue market is soft now, in my business which is totally unrelated to pool , my collection rate is down 20% so my cost per unit is up because of increased labor costs-i'm making less money. i market 39 states and we ran the numbers and some states are worse than others, i'm making less $$$, point is when people have less disposable income pool cues arnt as important as other necessitis in life so the prices drop, the $$$ just aint there, it isnt a casw of everyone at once thinking SW cues suck and they are less desireable, now is the time to buy, when will it hit bottom? who knows, but it will turn around and the cue prices will move up.
