Who's gonna be in Vegas next month?

I'll be there with my 8 ball team Break Time. Planning on playing the mini's too. I think I'll play 9 ball mini's since I'm there for 8 ball team championship just to mix it up a bit.

Never been to Vegas, this is a great reason to go.

also my 8 ball team made nationals, lots of juggling to do... masters and 8 ball nationals are at the same time.

I'll be there with my 8 ball team,Slow Shooters. I nearly qualified in 8 ball doubles with a guy from my 8 ball team. That would've been even sweeter. I'll probably play some of the mini tournaments. For those of you who have been there,what are the mini mania tournaments like? I've heard they run 24/7 and that some are restricted to certain groups within the APA,such as certain skill levels or a certain sex. But how much does it usually cost to enter the tournaments and how much do you stand to win if you play as many as you can?
 
I'll be there for Masters and minis as well. I think the minis tournaments are usaully $20 and pay 80/40/20/20 for 1st/2nd/3rd/3rd. They have 2 or 3 a day that are $50 entry and those pay pretty good. They are usualy broken down by skill levels too.

If ya win em all you can make pretty good money...;)

I'm pretty sure the mini payouts for the $20 events are $160/$80/$40/$40 based on a 16 player board. For the $50 events I think the payouts are $400/$200/$100/$100.

Btw, I'll be out there for mini's and Masters. Go Cobra Kai!!!

This is an outstanding team and deserving Champions. I hope our team can keep you from winning 3 in a row!!! LOL
 
I'll be there as a referee. We need to have some sort of identifying sign or mark that lets us know who the other forum members are. I was thinking about having AZB on my forehead, in sharpie of course. A tat would be a little much.

I've got an AZB keychain on my case but that's easy to miss. I was thinking about getting a nose ring and attaching the keychain to it? What do you think? :D

If you want to pay the right amount I do.

I am only 30, and I used to run marathons so I am sure I could do the work. I'll bet it would do me some good I could use the workout...
 
Still on the fence about this. I have two mortgages right now. We just got a renter into the other house which is a load off, but that isn't money off my mind right now because they just got in.

The guy who wants me to go really wants me to go. He said he'll be at the pool hall tomorrow so I'll decide then. If I'm still on the fence about it I'll play him for it. I'll have to spot him some, but if I lose I will go no matter what even if I have to charge it. If I win.....ok I will flip a coin on the table and tell ya'all tonight.

I just booked my trip; I will be there Friday night through Wednesday. Unfortunately, none of my teams made it so it looks like the mini's for me.
