Are you saying you decided to make the ban permanent because some members chose to support him? How is that fair?

He was out of line for his word choice, no argument.
I will however say it is unfair to ban him because other people are tired of seeing it happen time and time again. Ban me if you want, but people should be able to "respectfully" voice dissatisfaction. That's what the internet is for.
I think it is amazingly unfair to ban Juice permanently after the fact.
