Will Prout's Ferrari Case

Inspired and commissioned by Will Prout, presenting the Enzo Ferrari 1 x 2 pool cue case, crafted fully in hand tooled leather by Colorado case-maker Phil Eastwood.
At the hoods top and center displays the iconic Ferrari stallion rearing above a formidable Ferrari crest. Hinged at the hoods bottom hangs the artist’s interpretation of a wing door Ferrari which fastens over the case body like an industrial visage from the Transformer trilogy. Flanking the hood to the right is the rear image of the 1957 Ferrari 625 TRC model and to the left; an early rendition of a Ferrari pit crew. Around back the hood displays Ferrari’s rally spoke rim with knock off hub.
Beneath the hood roars a Ferrari F430 engine above a rear view of the rare ’81 Ferrari Berlinetta Boxer 512. Front and center; the area Will Prout refers to as the “Sweet Spot” sits a pair of twin Testarossa’s astride the cases most prominent Ferrari crest. Lower still is an encircled vintage Ferrari above back to back Ferrari logos where at the bottom is a portrait of the young, iconic Enzo Ferrari flanked on both sides by the distinct Testarossa bear claw ducts distinguished by their horizontal strakes.
The rear panel gleams the top view of a flame encircled Ferrari crossing over an exclusive Ferrari tachometer, all atop the mimic texture of vented Italian seat leather. The entire case is adorned with checker flag patterns including the unique shoulder strap which portrays the visionary modern image of Enzo Ferrari before his death in 1988. Inscribed in Italian on the belt is written one of Enzo's famous quotes; “Second is the first of the losers".

I hate to be the one to say this but Themed cases are Always cheesy...

Well almost always..

When i saw the Title i was ready for cheesy...

Now I'm blown away...truly am...

The composition and layout is very well thought out and the attention to details is just remarkable. The intricacy of the tooling with all the colouring makes this look more like a potrait...a very beautiful portrait.

I'm in awe of Quiver's capability. This is without doubt the best themed case i've ever seen..simply spectacular and as far as i can see it's in the running for Case of the Year...

Thank you very much for sharing and thank you Mr Prout for commissioning this case..

I freakin LOVE it! As a Ferrari owner, I've always wanted a Ferrari themed cue and case. As a tease, here is a pic of my 1997 Ferrari F355 Spider.

i used to own a Enzo, i got depressed cause i couldnt derive it(my back problems) and sold it, damn that was stupid. i miss it now, i'm more of a Lambo guy but Ferrari's are fun too.

thats a very cool case, congrats Wil

That case is awesome. the detail is fantastic. It looks like it would protect cues pretty well too.

Congratulations

Will,

This is an outstanding case and most interesting detailing. I believe I saw a Ferrari cue in one of your pictures :). This is going to be a great addition to your magnificent collection. You can tell by my F 430 in my icon, I am partial to Ferrari's. Will's cues are always the nuts.

All the best and congratulations!

BR
Phil

Ferrari Case

I guess all the Ferrari owners are coming out now. I have several, all different colors. This has to be one of the coolest cases I've ever seen. The detail and all the little yellow emblems, spot on. And since everybody else is showing photo's of their Ferrari cars and stories of this and that, here is just one of mine. Congrats Will. Dan

Yes, the F50 is definitely top notch in it's time... The picture makes it look a bit small to drive though, you might want to work on your photography skills :lmao: I live really close to VIR (Virginia International Raceway), so see many many Ferraris, Lambo, Bikes etc....

Truely a work of art. Even the interior work is spot on.
Love the Ferrari red tube liners.
Any cue would love to "park" in that case.

I drive a Ferrari too!

On my tv :sorry:

haha...Not sure to whom I should offer congrats here? Will, for the birth of his new case, or Quiverz Sport Cases, for the execution.

Stunning, unique...awe.

What a Case!

Hi Phil and Carl,

Thanks for the outstanding Ferrari case! In car judging parlance, the case is top flight, and will be in my (cue and case) garage forever. It seems each piece of work you undertake is going to be a genuine heirloom, to be enjoyed for generations.

If anyone who sees these pictures gets a chance to enjoy the case in person, I know you will agree how masterful, even amazing the case is when held, totally done with perfection for the smallest of details. Again, just incredible.

One nice touch is how, when I "raise the hood" of the case the Ferrari engine is exposed......talk about thought and attention to detail!

I now own nine of your world class cases, and with the matching cues they are truly spectacular!

I have said this before, but would like to mention again, with emphasis, that Phil Eastwood is very easy to speak with, extremely open to ideas so if you would like the case of a lifetime give him a call.

Special thanks to all my friends who have posted a comment about the case, it is appreciated. :).
