World 10 ball

What are CHI points. When they post the brackets, they really should say this is how we did it. (ie My friend gets a bye, Fla. players get a bye, My friends friend goes to other bracket etc..)

This just in...

My better half spoke to one of the players in the tournament via cell phone today who said the tournament was seeded based on country of origin. I am not sure what that means, but he got a bye representing his country.

I'll be there Friday night and all day saturday. Hope to see you again, and I hope TheOne is still around so I can buy him a drink or two.

Thanks Shane, was a pleasure also.

BJ, I just lost my first match 10-9, well threw it away really lol. Was leading all the way and missed a sitted to go 8:4 up. Break killed me as suspected as only made a ball on break once. I couldnt go far breaking like that but still had more than enough chances to win it, played BAD!

Hope to still see you Friday though mate.

PS
Earl didn't show for his match today and got scratched. The draw was based on world and country rankings (the top 32). But they also then placed some other players based on country so players didn't play players from same country in first round.

Bad Luck, Craig. I hope you do better in your next match.
I guess Anna won via forfeit over Earl? Who does she play next?

Darren Appleton has been updating us on our site, some UK results for anyone interested:-

Darren Appleton won 10-4
Gareth Esprit lost 10-6
Richard Jones won 10-5
Craig lost 10-9 as has been mentioned

anybody know if corteza won his first match? him vs Hohmann would be a great match with van-van a slight favorite.
