Ko Ping Chung leapfrogging past Chang Jung Lin makes little sense based on the players both defeated (and their own Fargo ratings) and the losses they incurred.
Chang had wins over both Shaw and SVB, and outscored SVB in game wins over the course of the tournament. Shaw is very high in Fargorate and SVB is the second highest Fargorate player. Chang also drilled Oi, who himself jumped a huge number of spots despite what Chang did to him. Chang only lost one match, and it was a rematch of the 11-4 drubbing he had given SVB earlier. Ko had wins over lower Fargorate players and lost two matches, one to Yang, a lower level Fargorate player and one fairly bad loss to Pagulayan, who again is lower Fargorate then SVB.
Yet Ko goes up 27 spots to Chang's 17 spots and actually passes Chang in the Fargorate after Chang gets 2nd place and won the A-side undefeated?
If that is "working as intended" I think that needs some looking into.
