I don't know exactly what the seeds are but Dave Daya is definitely not #26 with a 6-1 record in the round robin.

I watched Deuel vs Lipsky, which turned on a dime. Steve trailed 24-3 with a ball in hand break shot on the eight ball, which lay a few inches ahead of the head string and a few inches off the long rail. Steve had to pocket the eight ball into the bottom corner and follow the cue ball several feet to hit the rack. Steve made the shot and hit the pack but scratched off the side of the rack. Deuel got up and hit him with 97 and the rout was on.
