I was in there last night and it was freezing!!!!!

I was there last year and left shivering after 8 hours. (Of course I wore shorts because it was August).
I'll attend the day session tomorrow and wear Jeans. Thanks for the reminder, GG11.

Anybody know if they have a wireless connection in the room? Should I bring my laptop?
 
All I have is that Archer is playing my fav player Jasmin (MMMM lovin it) O, right now
 
Dragon Promotions Production.... ????

Has there ever been any updates for Drago Promotions Pool Productions?

They have to be very busy updating the score board with all the players and different brackets.... 11am or 1pm... that shouldn't be the question...

Maybe some very nice AZ member will post some updates for us... thanks in advance....
 
As time goes on, I am having a harder and harder time understanding the choice of names for Dragon Promotions. I get the Charlie is Asian so he's into dragons stuff...but where does the promotions part come into play?

What exactly do they "promote"?

I get it that they hold events...but how do they promote them? Does posting a occasional flyer and sporatic threads on AZB make you a force to be reckoned with in the world of pool?

Does ANYONE outside of relatives of the players and a portion of the AZB membership even KNOW that the world's best 14.1 players are gathered to play an event?

No live stream (a no-brainer in today's plugged-in world), no live updates (a trivial effort)...

Should DP be renamed: "Dragon Super Secret Pool Players Guild"? BTW, does anyone know the secret handshake?

I'll repeat the sentiment expressed above:

The secret handshake is kept under lock and key....it's just that the key was lost and Charlie is the only one able to pick the lock to get it out. :)

I wish there were some updates or live streaming as well. I have seen what it takes and it shouldn't be that difficult for them to do it.

If we could please keep this thread about tournament updates and such and not digress to the other topics, I'd really appreciate it.

If you need to get your fill of CW bashing, there are PLENTY of other threads you can participate it. PLEASE, let's just leave this one to focus on the title subject.
