His name is Owen Wilson. He's actually a famous actor from the United States. You can see him in such movies as Shanghai Noon, and he also did the voice for the main character in the movie Cars. He is quite hilarious man. He's actually got a funny looking nose that I've heard some people say looks like a penis.
