If Pimp wouldn't have been so defensive originally...then this issue would have been dropped, but attacking the person questioning the validity of the auction is what raised this to the next level. I was watching this (MY FIRST AUCTION) closely to see when everyone was paid...but I guess PIMP really needs the money.

All he needed to post was...

ALL THE PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED AND THE AUCTION WILL TAKE PLACE ON XXXX DAY's POWERBALL.

He had his list paid on the 7th. If you want to argue about Amoney, you could easily see he sent payment prior to the drawing, which is posted. What's next, he didn't put them all in red? They aren't in caps?

Every auction is run this way, everyone enters NOT knowing the date, and most don't have links to the p-ball or mega millions.

If you think this is the case, then you're not reading. There is no way BPG was letting this go and he stated as such. He (pimp) stated from the get go how it was going to play out. He damn well should have been defensive. In fact d-bag is probably a lot nicer that the words I would have used if my integrity was questioned because someone else cannot read.

Send away....wouldn't want to ruin the auctions for everyone because I had a bad experience in my first (and only) raffle.

He may have not worded everything perfectly not to hurt any of the losers(in the raffle, not in life ) feelings, but it does not warrant that people get their money back. What did he do that he should give anyone their money back? I think everyone wants to know the answer.

I read the whole thread and he is pretty clear. You're so far off base, it's not even funny. Like I said, if I had a raffle and made the same declaration, and for whatever reason I couldn't be there to mark everyone paid, BUT I had all the payments, that next drawing, is THE drawing. This is exactly what he did, no more, no less. Now, I like you and you're a decent poster, but this is absolutely a shallow claim. If the raffles are stopped, for whatever reason, I would encourage everyone on the site to put you on ignore.

I see where it could have been rigged. Pimp somehow foresaw that the Powerball number on the 8th would be Kurly's number so he made sure that all tickets were sold by the 8th. Pretty slick, Pimp, pre-tty slick.

Do whatever you need to do.. I really don't care about the $14 anymore. this is a much bigger issue now.

To better answer your question, yes if I were you, I would file a paypal complaint if you want any chance of getting your money back

So you are saying the PIMP responded appropriately to the original questions...I think pimp was an ass. If he would have take ANY blame for the MISTAKES he made in this process of this raffle. Then my concerns would have been eased...

Absolutely.. he was VERY clear on how the auction would play out. If you think that his not posting an exact date is a "mistake", then clearly the inability to comprehend what he initially wrote is "moronic".

If it is matter of 14 usd i will pay u.....Dont mess a place like az....
