i didn't start any threads. Blame the guy that is at fault for all of this, he made these threads.

You really didn't need to snitch in the way you did. I mean, you still could have opened a dispute on PP without calling it illegal and rigged (which it is not rigged as far as I can tell)
you do have a point BPG that the exact date wasn't specified, but when someone says powerball, it should be pretty obvious it is the next PB after everything is paid. I only do a couple raffles a year and even I know that.
pimp, you should have been a little more diplomatic in your responses and add a bit more clarification, and bpg shouldn't have tried to say its rigged to paypal, because it isn't.
in short, both of you screwed up the raffles, and none of us will be able to use them anymore...unless paypal doesn't take it seriously (they probably won't).
