In the email to Pay Pal you're complaining about legality, not the way it was run. You state other raffles are unfairly drawn, as well. So why participate in any raffles at all?

If there's only one Powerball, and the raffle was going to occur the day all spots were filled (and it appears it did), how was this rigged?

Come to think of it, I want my money back too. Pimp pimped me for my $8. I have been in about 15 raffles and have yet to win. If my calculations are right, I should have won at least 3-4 times by now. 42 spots x 15 raffles -bad luck x.478 + douchebag tax X I hate life= 3-4 times! Monto and everyone else can send me $8 to rossaroni24@hotmail.com. I will not let this go until I have all the money from the raffle!:wink:

I don't mean to make fun of the situation, but Pimp said he is going to take me out to a steakhouse with all the money he stole from everyone.

Seriously, I hope this gets resolved the best it can now.

He treated those in the auction poorly, and didn't take ANY blame for the mistakes. You took some of it for him though rossaroni in your first post...

I would have tried to add the date, and I know he wishes he would have, BUT the raffle went off like he said it would. He just wanted to get some money for his cue, and did not, in any way, scam or cheat anyone. When he told me what was going on, I told him he has to make sure everyone will be happy, because if they can complain about something, they will. Boy, was I wrong:o !
 
I'm going to raffle off a Balabushka for $ 200 per slot and two people cannot play. I might spell Balabushka wrong and they'll complain I sent out the wrong cue.

Where do I begin? First of all I have had several conversations with the seller, we will not be able to come to a resolution on our own.

This dispute will begin a much bigger investigation by Paypal, I am sure. The website www.azbilliards.com has a sub page that is their "forums" page. They hold raffles there for pool related items. They use the lottery websites to determine the winner of these raffles. If you do a little research you will see that Paypal is being used for payment on all of these transactions. I have been told recently that these raffles are illegal and the owners/moderators of the website know this and let it continue. Here is a link to the specific raffle page with many raffles that are open and already completed. Paypal is used in every one of them.

there have been several raffles that have been rigged or somewhat unfair and that is why I want a refund. i was in a raffle that was not run correctly and I am not interested in losing my money this way.

He wants the raffles stopped and to be refunded? After being in many others. C'mon, how is this guy not canned here, PIMP you should be printing out all the raffles this clown was in and showing Paypal what a staunch supporter of illegal raffles he is, and then telling them the REAL reason he is complaining.

No not really, i have receive 7 positive reps, 6 pm's in support and several people posting in all of these threads. Plus two phone calls, and a partridge in a pear tree.
