here is a rare old item....

This is an early GC scorer and I have it as a result of incredible kindness from a fellow azb'er who wishes to remain anonymous. What a cool gift to receive.

Thank you azb friend! :thumbup::cool::thumbup:

best,
brian kc

Incredible! Is the black original? Seems like it would have been painted white.

Thanks for sharing,
Ian

Very cool KC!
This looks like an earlier version.

Bravo to the mystery AZBer. May their kindness be rewarded tenfold.

Congratulations on such a beautiful acquisition, KC.

That's cool:)

Was it for Pool or Snooker? I've seen some modern score keepers that look similar in snooker rooms.

Hey, Brian.....last time you were here.....

You left your cue ball

Wow that would leave a mess...unless it was hard boiled. This is one I made on the lathe a few years back. looked cool but it stunk to play with.

Ah, but that cue ball contains all the wisdom you need to be a great player....
...you slowly peel the layers away....and all will be revealed.

And then we will all become like Jim.....of whom it is said......
....”That man knows his onions.”

How does it work? Where do you plug it in? :D

Awesome gift, seriously!

Finding an authentic vintage mid century scoreboard like that seems impossible. I would love to find something like that for straight pool.

Otherwise it’s one of those mass produced wood/brass products found on just about every billiard retailer website...
