You have got to see this guy, unblievable!

His tournament play is just as impressive. Have a tape of his match with Sang Lee several years ago at the US championships where he set a then record of 60 pts. in 15 or 16 innings.

Video

I don't know how to describe what I saw on that video. How in the world can you even figure out some of those shots! He's one of the most amazing pool players i've ever seen.......

James

Fast cloth, heated tables, superb stroke....he can do some ridiculous things with that cueball.

Did I just see that?

Just in case anyone thought they were getting close to being able to do it all, along comes a video like this.
That is some pretty amazing footage.
Thank you for a great post.

Thanks for sharing Ron, that was awesome.

My wife actually heard the music playing and came in the computer room around the 1 minute mark....she watched the whole video with me and she was AMAZED, and so was I that she watched it:eek:

When he had the wine glasses set up and they had the overhead view showing, I actually thought that the glasses were digitally enhanced. Then they showed the shot from the side angle and I actually laughed out loud in amazement.:D

The best shot to me was when he had the people spread the balls all over the table, and I mean ALL OVER THE TABLE, he studied the layout, found a path:rolleyes: and maneuvered the cueball(somehow) through the maze of balls to get his "point". INCREDIBLE!

Thanks again Ron!

you must buy the good porn's, mine never have music that good. ;)

happy hoildays buddy.

Semih is definitely my fave 3-cush player, without a doubt. His exhibitions are unreal. NOT knocking the guy, but I was told he sprays the table with silicone (or something like that) prior to his exhibitions to help the CB twist hard. Not like it matters, I could spray a table with magic fairy pixie luck-dust and I wouldn't be able to pull off one of his shots.

Damn, and I thought I was starting to get better with a cue... apparently I am still an infant in the big scheme. Beautiful video, and a true athletic showman. Thanks for the link.

Accustats has a bunch of Semih's matches. THey also have a tape of his amazing shots. He is still playing tournaments and winning them. Billiards is huge in Turkey and there are a bunch of guys there that would amaze you.

As has already been said, watching Semih's 'mad skills', it's hard to make yourself believe what you are seeing - that he can make the cueball do all of that.

Chris's billiards had a world class 3c tournament about 12 years ago, with Semih, Sang Lee, Ceuleman, Jaspers, Blomdahl and all the other champions entered.....After the tournament was over, Semih put on an exhibition, just like you see in his tapes. I'm thankful that I got to see him do it all in person, from just 3 feet away.
