He is in the final brackets of the U.S. Bar Table Championships 10-Ball.

Check the brackets at www.ctsondemand.com

At 14 years old and only 2 years of playing, he has won against some extremely talented adult players, most notably Tyler Edey and King Kong. Also his match with Thorsten was close 7-5.

Great job!

It's like lightning striking! Go Brendan!

Brenden outclasses King Kong in every aspect of the game. Good Job kid can't pretend that I am surprised...

Brenden is an amazing young player. I had the pleasure of meeting him at junior nationals this year. Best of luck to him

WOW! I have seen some of his You Tube vids and they're impressive but even more so now that I know he's only been playing for two years!!! I'm also a fan of Landon's game and beautiful stroke but even he has been playing / training for a while now, man imagine if Brendan also had that time put in. I hope both of these lads have an amazing time ahead.

Are you saying that the first time he ever picked up a cue was two years ago, or that he has only been playing heavy competition for two years?

I read it as he's only played for two years??? If so that is something fierce, a pure natural.

A little more than a year ago, he was probably a low B/C player (saw him at Hard Times). I don't know if the first time he picked up a cue was 2 years ago, but it is likely, with the heavy progression he's had in the last year.

Thanks for all the nice comments guys. I finished 9-12 in the ten ball division losing to Thorsten Hohmann 7-5 and Brian Butler 7-6. I played ok in both matches but I couldn't find a good break spot which is so important on the barbox. Good news is I still have a chance at the all around. Wish me luck!

Wow! Spoken like a champ! Already able to analyze the game?!? Keep your head up and show no fear... um, do you even know what fear is? Nah, it's good without knowing it:wink:

Good luck with rest of the tourney.

Watched you play at California Billiards for the Chet Itow Memorial. You've got great control, confidence, and you're smart player! Looking forward to a great year for you. Good luck!

Keep up the good work Brendan :)
Your videos are enjoyable to watch on youtube.
I would love to see a TAR match between you and Landon Shuffet.

Great run.....I saw him at the Swannee last year and he was smooth, I have a hard time believing that he is only playing two years

Good playing Brendan, congrats on your finish. Hangin in with the great ones is a statement about your caliber of play & your personal character. Say Hello to your dad for me...
