Bulletproof Recoil soft tip review

I've had the soft (blue) on for several months now as well. I wanted softer than the Thouroughbred I tried, and definitely got that. I've had no mushrooming (even tho my burnish job ain't great - they're tough to burnish nicely.) I've lightly touched it up with a nickel-radius Last4Ever tool once, and I'll hit with the tip-pick once every week or two.

I agree with Brother Ron that it takes a little getting used to, and if you need to draw most of the table, you better come with a pretty good stroke. And man, it definitely holds chalk. With V10/Pagulayan you can chalk once a rack and be done with it.

For me, it has become a case of, "be careful what you wish for." I've found it to be terrific for a bunty, mid-table game in fast conditions. I wanted soft, and I got it in spades.
