it was never a quality cue just one endorsed by steve for profit. the fact that his name was misspelled doesnt make it some real rare valuable cue. just makes it another average cue that sold during those times.

i cant see it being worth more than a few hundred bucks.

if it wasnt for suckers the world would be no fun. it needs them for comedy and getting the worst of the people into money to spread around to others.
so if you get taken for your cash then you are really helping out others to survive and do well. consider yourself a patron.

Tell him to get the upgraded lenses and pay the difference.
I jumped up 2 levels from standard and got the toric lenses as I have an astigmatism.
I have 20/20 vision now for distance but still need readers for close up.
Playing pool is great vision wise.

Make sure his doc explains exactly what the basic does and more importantly what they will not do.

Maybe change the taper.

Just sold one.
It’s a great cue.
I got different cues if you’re looking for.

I had distance lenses installed. It hasn’t helped my game but at least I can see the instrument panel without glasses
