Gold Crown II

This table was a result of a merger/aquisition between Brunswick and a bar box company sometime decades ago. I think the Gold Crown 2000 was only around a couple of years. Its very obscure, even pool nuts rarely know about it.

I thought maybe that's what the OP was looking at when he/seller mentioned coin-op, but his pictures clearly show a "real" Gold Crown.

I guess the Gold Crown Coin has a similar story in recent years. Made with a partnership with Global, but only a handful were ever made and installed in the past few
years.
The Global thing makes sense. Not a "real" Gold Crown, I agree.
Brunswick owned Valley for a while. This is a Valley/Dynamo barbox, NOT a Gold Crown. I don't care what they call that its not a real Gold Crown. Has nothing to do with what the op is trying to buy.
Says Gold Crown right on it☺️
Never heard the Valley/Dynamo thing. Shares absolutely no parts with either.

Lowest deflection kielwood

the sound comes after the ball is gone so it doesn't matter. why would it bother you. if you saw my golf clubs and the balls i use you would certainly want to raise the bet.
i had some junk stick that sounded like it was cracked and hit fine and my opponents couldn't make a ball as it bothered them so much.
never had trouble getting action with that stick. i don't remember what happened to it. i must have left it someplace.

tip technology - hardness at center different from hardness at edges

I would like that as well, but unfortunately the place I asked for doesn't accept something with a carbon fiber shaft. so I ended up doing it myself which I no longer mind since I'm getting proficient at it. still not perfect but atleast getting to the point that installing tips is just second nature. resizing the tip to a perfect 11.5mm though is my only concern since I'm still leaving a slight allowance on the sides and don't want to shave it off further down which is still fine. by my assessment, it should be around 12mm. as far as shaping, I have no problems using my tip tool to what degree I shape it.
I could design a tip trimming tool that would adjust to a shaft size if people might be interested in that. It would at least get it really close and then can be sanded the last fractions of mm by hand.

It would be something that would slide over the end of the shaft and would be pulled down trimming as it is pulled down.
